AIM has been involved with assisting in the design of a number of abattoirs in Southern Africa.
In the same way, the company was also very absorbed in assisting with the business development of such abattoirs through strategic partnerships.
The modern abattoir is very reliant on a strong supply base of live animals that are equally well-linked post-processing to high end and stratified markets. In this regard, AIM identified a range of partners to ensure supply was locked in whilst markets were sufficiently stratified and diversified in order to ensure that returns were optimised.
